Installation is easy, simply connect the extender to the original front fork stem. The process involves removing the cover of the original bike handlebar, removing the handlebar stand, installing the bike fork stem extender, and adjusting the position before fixing the adjustment screw. Depending on the desired height increase, the user can add one or more of the included gaskets (2 x 20mm, 3 x 10mm, and 1 x 5mm).

After installing the gaskets, the handlebar stand is then reinstalled and the screws on the stand are tightened. Finally, the cover of the bike fork stem extender is put back in place.
